Shipping quote

Shipping charges are calculated from the delivery information submitted at checkout. The confirmed shipping amount and total are shown before an order is created.

Order processing

Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Processing time depends on product availability, finishing requirements and final fitment confirmation. We will contact you if an order needs additional information.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier capacity, customs review, weather and destination conditions may affect transit time.

Customs, duties and taxes

Unless an order confirmation states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination customs clearance, import duties, taxes and related fees.

Delivery information

Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or an unavailable recipient may be charged to the customer.

Damage or missing parcels

Inspect the shipment when it arrives. Photograph the package and product and contact us promptly if the shipment appears damaged, incomplete or lost so that we can assist with the carrier claim.
